Elizabeth helped us sell our home after helping us purchase a new home. She did an excellent job for us, she told us what to fix in the house and how to prepare it for sale. She was able to sell our house in 8 days for over asking price. There were 2 other homes the exact same model as ours that  were on the market a month before ours. Those houses still have not sold and they are listed for less than ours was listed. Elizabeth did 2 weekends of open houses for us and she had 50 for sale signs and multiple flags canvasing the whole area to make sure we got a lot of traffic. She also made sure the house was always clean before showings and also before the buyers took possession. We never had to worry about anything with her she took care of everything.
