Elizabeth is an amazing realtor.  She helped my wife and I find our first new home back in 2010.  Her communication is excellent, meaning she was always available by phone, text, facebook, and email.  No matter what she got back to us in a timely manner.  She is so helpful, funny and not aggressive with trying to sell us a house.  We did not feel pressured at all and whatever areas and houses we wanted to look at she was always willing to meet up, set up a time and bring us to those homes.  Last year my wife and I decided to sell our home to begin a new adventure elsewhere.  We knew the market was going to be hard to sell in, but with no hesitation we contacted Elizabeth again.  She made sure we were 100% positive that we wanted to go into the seller’s market.  She laid out the pros and cons and reassured us, either way she would support us.  We made the decision to sell.  She guided us every step of the way.  She was aggressive with selling, making sure we were going to benefit from our sale and not lose out on money.  Elizabeth worked her magic and we were able to sell our house within just a couple weeks of putting it on the market.  Elizabeth is very passionate about her job.  She is sincere and knows her information.  We have recommended her to other friends and family too.  Recently our friends bought a house with her and were very pleased with using her as a realtor.  Elizabeth deserves more than 5 stars.  She is one of the best realtors in our region.  Thank you for everything Elizabeth!
