Happy Nguyen would love to help you accomplish your real estate goals. He was born in the Philippines, raised in Grand Rapids, Mi; and now resides in Sacramento, CA. Happy comes from two hard-working parents who immigrated from Vietnam and have run their own businesses for over 30 years. Happy is a real estate agent with The Velasco Team of RE/MAX Gold in the Elk Grove and Sacramento area. He moved to Sacramento after high school in 2009 and completed his associate’s degree in Biblical Studies at Capital Bible College. After college, Happy spent a decade working in film and video production. Subsequent to his film and video career, he started his own business as a fly fishing guide and now owns and operates Goodwater Fly Fishing, where he guides all throughout Northern California. Happy has spent a few seasons working in Alaska as a fishing guide as well. With his experience in the outdoors and traveling, Happy specializes in helping people find a home that best fits their lifestyle based on their love for the outdoors and travel. Thus, making Sacramento and Northern California the perfect hub for the outdoor enthusiast. Over the years he has built confidence in his tenacious work ethic and his ability to be of service to people. Joining the Velasco team has allowed him to learn from Sacramento’s Top Real Estate team, providing his clients with meaningful connections and excellence.
