With what could’ve been a stressful thing ended up being easier than we imagined. Each open house she set up had a great turn out. And in just about 3 weeks we got the offer we hoped for. All thanks to Elizabeth’s persistence and expertise!
After the sell, she then helped us with the buying process. Initially, we chose a new build but during the build we ended up changing our mind and wanted to look for something bigger. She didn’t hesitate or make us feel bad for any of our decisions. Instead she was supportive and provided steps on how to properly back out. During this process we already had a month long trip planned to visit the Philippines. We told Elizabeth that we still needed her to assist us while we were away. We needed to be persistent in looking for available homes that peeked our interests in a specific area. Any time of the day, I’d send her a listing and she’d be on top of getting the details for us.
The day before we got back from the Philippines I sent her a home that we were interested in. She managed to get us an appointment the very next day where we put in an offer that eventually was accepted!
